**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a full-time, proactive Office Assistant / Admin Lead to play a critical role in supporting our mortgage operations. This role involves a variety of administrative and office management tasks to ensure smooth daily functions and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and office support
- Conduct internal file audits and maintain well-organized digital records
- Manage data entry and update internal systems accurately
- Support mortgage agents with routine administrative tasks
- Handle incoming calls and client inquiries as needed
- Support documentation and compliance processes

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience in a real estate, mortgage, or professional office environment
- Reliable, proactive, and a team player with a humble attitude
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficient with spreadsheets, CRM platforms, and DocuSign
- Maintain professional and courteous business etiquette
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, or banking professionals

**Benefits**:

- Competitive salary ($40,000 - $50,000 annually) with bonus potential based on volume
