Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Perform clerical duties, including filing, typing, and organizing documents
- Manage front desk tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide information to clients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Prepare boardroom and organize meetings involving multiple participants
- Provide general administrative support to office staff including presentation, design, and execution
- Maintain organized spaces in reception, storage and kitchen
- Assist leadership team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable, including entering and generating invoices
- Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Assist with all other day-to-day efficient operations of the office

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Office
- Attention to detail is essential
