Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Preparing orientation packages, benefit package and assisting in general on-boarding
- Maintaining and updating employee information in our HRIS with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist in writing letters and other internal/external communications
- Project work, as they arise. Including the coordination of social events, clothing orders, etc.
- Provide general administration support to the HR department, including taking minutes and maintaining employee files
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate in your resume/cover letter how your experience is relevant. Experience in administration and recruitment, an asset.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy problem-solving, but not afraid to ask for help
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience in transportation or wholesale industry, an asset

Pay: From $23.55 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
