Since opening our doors in Burnaby in 1991, Allied Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. (Allied) has grown to be one of BC’s largest mechanical room contractors. Our work includes mechanical room & plumbing maintenance contracts as well as installation and repair of commercial and multi-family residential buildings. We specialize in plumbing, refrigeration, heating, gas, and preventative maintenance for mechanical systems.

**Responsibilities**

The Account Manager - Plumbing is responsible for onboarding and managing commercial clients enrolled in quarterly planned preventative maintenance service plans. As the primary point of contact, you will be accountable for replying to all new account inquiries and answering questions from existing clients. Under the direction of the Plumbing Services Manager, you will review technician reports from service calls and prepare quotations for work orders (typical scope of work approx. $20k or less). On an average day, you will be involved in preparing 5 quotes including estimating labour hours and sourcing cost-efficient materials.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the plumbing, mechanical or construction sector
- Experience estimating, preparing quotes and communicating with commercial clients (e.g. building managers, strata councils)
- Experience using a field management software tool (e.g. FieldEdge) is highly desired
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
