Nepean, Canada Ottawa Builder Sales Full time

A liaison between the Sales Representatives and the Customer to ensure customer satisfaction and solutions to any issues that may arise regarding product warranty.

Duties would include
- Answers customer calls in a timely manner and address customer concerns with respect to product delivery
- Record all customer information and claims in SalesForce
- Order service parts and product necessary to ensure Service Department runs smoothly
- Perform necessary administrative tasks as required including entering packing slips and billing information into SalesForce

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- DEC (Diploma of College studies) preferred
- Must be proficient in Microsoft and Outlook
- Previous experience in scheduling in the construction industry is preferred
- High attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication and customer service skills and be able to take ownership of tasks
- Be a team player, reliable and able to take instructions and respond to management

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$43,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON K2E 7X7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
