**RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICE COORDINATOR**

We are an established company in residential construction industry building a variety of homes in the Ottawa area since the late 1980’s. Located in Nepean, we are currently looking for a dedicated Service Coordinator with construction experience and exceptional organizational skills. You are reliable, consistent, able to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the Construction Manager. The coordinator’s responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Constructing and managing documents for Suppliers & Site Operations Manager under the supervision of the Construction Manager
- Communicating and collaborating with Construction Manager, Site Operations Manager & Suppliers
- Maintaining and updating multiple established tracking systems, calendars and providing updated reports
- Ensuring all work orders approved by the Construction Manger are delivered and completed
- Maintaining soft and hard copy records of service documents
- Contact person for purchasers if problems arise requiring immediate action

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years or more of construction project coordination or administrative work experience in the residential construction industry.
- Understanding the residential construction process and terminology
- Computer acumen is required and may be tested
- Knowledge of Office 365 is an asset but not a must
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks

Compensation: Hourly wage based on experience
