**Responsibilities**
- Clerical duties such as filing, document management
- Coordinate team management activities
- Help with bookkeeping tasks when needed (training is provided)
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage procurement processes
- Support budgeting activities and monitor office supplies inventory
- Schedule meeting agendas (as instructed by the management) and take meeting minutes
**Skills**
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Solid office experience with clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and document organization (training is provided)
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
