**About Us**
Ramsay Junction is a new community hub in Calgary’s southeast: part coworking space, part event venue, part wellness collective. We’re home to practitioners, entrepreneurs, artists, and community members building something real together. It’s a space where people gather to work, host, thrive, collaborate, and belong.

We’re currently looking for a volunteer Social Media Manager to help tell our story and grow a thoughtful, values-aligned online presence.

**The Role**
This role is about genuine growth, building and sharing what’s actually happening at Ramsay Junction
- highlighting the people, the work, and the energy of a place built for and by the community.

You’ll work closely with the core team and other volunteers to:

- Create and post authentic content that reflects who we are
- Share upcoming events, local stories, and community updates
- Collaborate with members and tenants for cross-promotion
- Conduct research to execute strategic social media campaigns
- Occasionally attend events or tours to capture behind-the-scenes moments
- Support light community engagement (responding to messages or comments)

**You Might Be a Fit If You**:

- Enjoy storytelling and thoughtful online engagement
- Understand social media from a relational - not just promotional - angle
- Are organized and reliable, but comfortable with organic rhythms
- Have an eye for aesthetics, tone, and authenticity
- Are familiar with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Suite, MailChimp, LinkTree, or similar tools
- Want to be part of something local, purposeful, and people-first

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing strategies
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Suite, MailChimp, LinkTree, or similar
- Strong skills in research, SEO, and e-commerce best practices
- Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics
- Excellent proofreading and keyword research skills
