**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing and post design and creation.
- Strong track record of successful social media marketing campaigns.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Compensation**:

- Base pay plus commission for each lead generated through social media.
