**Job Summary**
As a Social Media Manager, you will be the dynamic voice of our brand across various platforms, driving engagement and building relationships with our audience. **What you’ll do**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and enhances brand awareness.
- Create engaging content across multiple platforms, including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Utilize tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and manage interactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into content creation for improved visibility on search engines.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics to assess campaign performance and adjust tactics as needed for optimal results.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook to drive traffic and conversions effectively.
- Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance brand presence and credibility.

**Basic qualifications**
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

**Preferred qualifications**
- Experience in public relations or e-commerce environments.
- Proficiency in video editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools for measuring online performance.
- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail in all written communications.
