Customer Service Representative - Full time

Join the team at Brookswood Rentals and Hardware where we sell, rent, repair and strive to deliver the best customer service With over 200 rental tools, a wide variety of hardware and building supplies and lawncare equipment sales, there is a lot to know. We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual that is willing to learn or has experience in our different departments; painting, electrical, garden supplies, hardware, plumbing, small engines and tool rentals.

**Requirements**:

- Must be prepared to ask customers about there projects, assess their needs accordingly and provide information about our rentals
- Must be prepared to answer questions about the products and equipment with confidence
- Must be willing to learn and go through extensive training with the support of an awesome team
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays
- Must be social, outgoing and be willing to put out a high level of customer service
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be willing to open and close the store occasionally
- Must be able to represent our company values

Preferred Qualifications
- Has worked as a handyman, contractor, or previous hardware & rental equipment rental store
- Has experiences using the tools we rent and products we sell
- Previous jobs in retail and customer service
- Has knowledge when it comes to painting, electrical, garden supplies, hardware, plumbing, small engine repair and tool rentals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Seasonal
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
