**Location**: Preston GM Dealership

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day

Are you looking for a full-time opportunity to build customer relationships and support a dynamic team? Preston GM is seeking a personable and motivated **Full-Time Service Customer Care Representative** to handle leads, make calls, and assist our customers on their journey to finding the perfect vehicle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promptly respond to and manage incoming leads
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and scheduled appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up efforts
- Inform customers about current vehicles, promotions, and services

**Qualifications**:

- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required
