**Responsibilities**:
- Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively
- Critical thinking, organization, time management and problem-solving skills to perform their job successfully
- Knowledge of digital technology including the ability to use the internet and the appropriate software (Quickbooks/outlook/automotive software/Mircosoft 365)
- Ability to interpret technical terms to the customers
- Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Maintain filing systems.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks.
