**FINANCE ADMIN POSITION DETAILS, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED, TO**:
- Accounts Receivable processing & Invoicing
- Accounts Payable Processing & Vendor Management
- Invoicing/ Bookkeeping
- Deposit/Expense reconciliation
- Payroll Administration
- HR employee & benefits enrollments
- General office administration
- Assist with financial statements and reporting
- Other tasks assigned by management
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Min. 1 years of administrative or similar environment experience
- Min. 1 years of **bookkeeping or payroll** experience
- Min. 1 years experience in **Accounts Payable/Receivable**
- Excellent computer skills (**Google Suite**, MS Word, Quickbooks and Excel)
- Excellent **communication & negotiation** skills, both verbal and written
- Confident and comfortable communicating with Senior Executives
- Must be extremely **organized, detail oriented, disciplined & resourceful**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
