As a Business Development Manager, you will be working within a sales team to sell a Construction Industry Health and Safety SaaS ecosystem. You will be selling to General Contractors and Sub-Contractors in identified markets. This is a hybrid inside/outside sales role working primarily from home. You will be driving new business revenue through sales: prospecting for new clients via identified warm and cold leads. This is a hybrid work-from-home position and you will be reporting to the head of sales. The base salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 (On-Track-Expectations $150,000 - $200,000) plus expenses, health benefits and above-average perks.

**THE LOCATION**
- This is a hybrid work from home/office position out of the Vaughn location (1 day per week in office)
- Corporate headquarters is in Vaughn

- SafetyLoop - Construction Health & Safety (SaaS) Managed Services ecosystem

**Secondary**:

- Consulting for COR 2020 certification
- ProjectLoop - Construction Project Management Software unique to our ecosystem

**SALES CYCLE**
- Average yearly revenue by client is $15,000 - $45,000+
- The average sales cycle is 2-3 months

**PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS**
- Wide range from large General Contractors to mid-sized Sub-Contractors

**TYPICAL DAY AND DUTIES**
- 75% business development (prospecting, cold calls, outside sales etc.)
- 25% presenting and closing

**LEADS**
- Leads will be provided

**TERRITORY**
- GTA & Select Markets
- Less than 10% travel

**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**
- $65,000 - $75,000 Base Salary

**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience
- Experience hunting for new business
- Knowledge of Mac technology
- Basic understanding of HubSpot
- University Degree preferred or equivalent experience
