**Continental Press** is a full-service **printing company based in Toronto**. We specialize in high-quality commercial printing solutions — from marketing materials and packaging to large-format and specialty projects. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, fast turnaround times, and long-term relationships with clients across industries.
We’re looking for a **driven, experienced Sales or Business Development Representative** who knows the printing world — someone who can **hit the ground running**, build relationships, and drive new business.
**What You’ll Do**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial printing, packaging, and related services
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored printing solutions
- Work closely with production and estimating teams to deliver quotes, proposals, and client presentations
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-up
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 2-3 years of experience** in **printing, packaging, or related B2B sales**:
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and production timelines (digital, offset, large format, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship skills
- Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Based in the **Greater Toronto Area** (remote/hybrid flexibility after training period)
