**Overview**

**Responsibilities**:
**Event Sales & Client Relations**:

- Respond to inquiries, conduct venue tours, and convert leads into bookings.
- Create and present event proposals, packages, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their event needs.

**Event Coordination & Execution**:

- Work closely with clients to understand and plan their event logistics, timelines, and requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and the venue team to ensure smooth event execution.
- Oversee day-of coordination, ensuring all aspects of the event run according to the plan.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Manage bookings, contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Keep detailed records of client communications, bookings, and event logistics.
- Coordinate schedules, timelines, and staffing requirements for events

**Social Media & Marketing**:

- Create and curate content for social media platforms, showcasing events, and promoting the venue.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to drive engagement and increase visibility.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with followers.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in event planning, sales, and/or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience in the wedding or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with event management software.
- Basic photography or graphic design skills for social media content.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
