Job Summary
The Condominium Administrator (CA) plays a crucial role in the service provided of overseeing the daily operations of the condominium property. This position operates within a collaborative team of administrators that provides critical and direct, support to condominium managers. The CA offers seamless execution of administrative duties, compliance with regulations, and plays a key role in effective communication between residents, the management team, and the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the condominium management team members for their subject matter specialty.
- Maintain and update internal tasks management records, as it relates to their department and subject matter specialty.
Departmental Contributions:
- Actively participate in monthly departmental meetings.
- Operate and take ownership of the subject matter for which you are assigned, by constantly looking for new ways to improve and create efficiencies that align with the corporate vision.
- Come prepared for, and openly participate in, regular one-on-one meetings with supervisor(s).

- Operate within the corporate policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity by consistently aligning your actions, decisions, and interactions with the company's core (key) values, fostering a culture of trust and greatness.
Professional Development:
- Participate in the company's ongoing professional development strategies as it relates to your individual career mapping/plan.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of two [2] years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of condominium laws, financial management, and maintenance coordination.
