Content Marketing is the backbone of our marketing strategy. The Marketing Administrative Assistant plays a multifaceted role in our real estate team, responsible not only for high-quality content marketing in digital campaigns but also for assisting with the documentation aspects of real estate transactions.
This position is involved in the work of the company's two core departments: Marketing and Operations, providing comprehensive support to the team.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Content Marketing - _
- Brief and manage external suppliers on video editing
- Use SEO techniques to create thumbnail/headline/description and upload 3~4 videos/w to multiple platforms, achieving high views and channel subscribers
- Research and write 2 high quality real estate posts/week to attract target audience
- Manage company websites' blog and adopting SEO techniques
- Operation Administration - _
- Assist in drafting and organizing real estate transaction documents, including contracts, agreements, and forms
- Ensure all documents comply with industry regulations and standards
- Maintain efficient communication with the team to ensure the accuracy of documentation
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in both **Chinese and English**, written and spoken. **Cantonese is a plus**:
- College degree+ in Journalism, Marketing, Media or related fields preferred.
- **Great copy writing skill**:
- Somegraphic design experience is preferred
- **Willing to acquire new skills and continue to learn and train at your own time.**:
- Possesses very strong sense of responsibility. Ambitious and self-motivated, always try to challenge oneself or the status quo, and bring new technology and methods to improve the operation.

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
