**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting customers, selling, educating and handling customer inquiries
- Answer and direct calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
- Assist with filing, organization, and maintaining office documents
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Collaborate with team members on canva
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in a professional manner
**Requirements**:
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, with a focus on clerical duties
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of canva
- Experience in customer service or support roles, demonstrating strong phone etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.20-$18.75 per hour
