The Sales Coordinator will provide sales support to the Account Manager with weekly programs and account maintenance.

**Job Duties Will Include**:

- Computerized order entry and invoice preparation.
- Participate in the planning and execution of pre-booked programs.
- Provide regular maintenance of internal data - sales codes, UPC's, pricing.
- Maintain customer record cards and monthly budget plans.
- Prepare sales reports and data trends for the Account Manager.
- Provide regular quality checks of products in the greenhouse.
- Arrange product samples for new products.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding product availability, display racks, graphics, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proven organization and priority management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
