This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are managing workflow, systems and people.
**Your Mission**:
- Oversee all in-house production operations for embroidery and heat press
- Manage a team of production staff—training, scheduling, and performance
- Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure timely, high-quality output
- Lead the fulfillment of fan store orders, ensuring accurate pick, pack, and ship on tight timelines
- Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
- Maintain strong QC processes—identify and fix issues before products ship
- Keep inventory and blanks organized; help plan stock needs for both custom and fan store orders
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, and Design teams to keep communication smooth and proactive
- Create and implement best practices for production scalability as we grow into new sports and categories
**Your Experience**:
- 3-5+ years of experience in apparel or print production
- Experience managing embroidery and/or heat press operations
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, solution-focused mindset
- Familiarity with fulfillment workflows (especially direct-to-customer fan store orders)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized and calm under pressure
- Systems thinker who understands the value of process and structure
- Detail-obsessed with a high bar for quality and efficiency
