Account Coordinator

**Job Summary**

The Account Coordinator is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of customer relationships, provides client care representation, responsible for the creation of clear, accurate, and detailed job dockets, monitors customer projects from the onset through procurement. The Account Coordinator takes responsibility for each customer contact and ensures that all customer requirements are completely met. The individual is team oriented, has excellent communication skills, has exceptional attention to detail with their work and thrives in a deadline driven environment.

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to clients or sales managers through administrative and client care representation
- Ensure outstanding customer service is provided by developing rapport and strengthening relationships with key customers
- Consult with clients on the best ways to meet their printing and Packaging needs
- Provide tools to clients to ensure projects are gainfully submitted in a timely fashion and prioritized effectively
- Support and build long term client strategy and facilitate prospecting
- Work along side strategic team members to support client estimating needs
- Provide thorough order specifications by providing accurate, detailed and easy to understand job dockets for all production team member to follow
- Attend daily production meetings
- Perform cross checks of dockets to monitor status and procurement
- Communicate effectively on a daily basis with sales and production team members to ensure the strategic workflow is in place for the job
- Facilitate the packaging/commercial print job from its concept, through all aspects of production to its success and timely fulfilment in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for interaction with multiple clients and managing day-to-day workflow
- Work closely with management to ensure client’s requirements and timelines are being met
- Be capable of working in a team environment to meet client deadlines; communicating and engaging proactively on a daily basis
- Have a very keen eye for detail and exceptional quality control skills
- File samples and maintain the Master Job Docket library

- Accuracy and thoroughness with excellent attention to detail
- Effective organization skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with tight deadlines
- Team player with strong communication skills

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
