**Key Responsibilities**:
Managing call center employees:

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Office management duties including but not limited to:

- Office cleanliness
- Office schedule management
- Office supplies order management & inventory
- Office keycard access tracking, assignments & inventory
- Tending to common spaces such as kitchen & boardroom
- Managing guests & meetings within the office
- Assisting and triaging IT requests for office
- Bilingual (English/French) mandatory
- Strong and effective verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON K2G 4N4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
