**About Elite Camps**:
The Elite Camps Group of Companies (“Elite”) has been running year-round basketball camps and programs in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) since 1999. We cater to over 6,000 athletes every year, making us one of the largest and longest-running basketball camps in Canada. Our year-round programming includes school break day camps, weekly lessons, house leagues (d-league), after-school programs, and the Elite Advanced Basketball Academy (EABA). We run our programs in gyms across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including our dedicated facility - The Elite Training Centre (ETC) in Toronto.

**About the Role**:
The ETC Evening Facility Supervisor and Admin is a full-time position at Elite Camps.

This position is based out of the Elite Training Centre (ETC) - 20 Scarsdale Road (in North York, near Leslie and York Mills). It is a full-time position, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), from 345 pm until 1145 p.m.

Elite is looking for a highly motivated, responsible, customer-service-oriented individual to help run our facility and support our customers and coaches.

The Facility Supervisor and Admin responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- **Customer Service and Support**:

- Sign-in customers (Elite Camps athletes AND rental participants) using our registration and waiver systems
- Complete sales transactions for our customers for merchandise and basketballs.
- Answer customer questions about our services offered.
- Supervise rentals- **Facility Supervision**:

- Ensure gym setup remains safe throughout all programs and rentals
- Act as the primary point of contact with the facility management - i.e. items needed to purchase, issues to address, etc.
- Communicate issues and follow-ups to management, administration, and maintenance as necessary
- Manage Lost and Found
- Maintain the cleanliness of the facility throughout your shift - i.e. garbage is picked up/emptied, spills are cleaned, washroom is maintained, floors are in good condition, driveway is salted, etc.
- Maintain the following items during your shift and ensure any issues are identified to facility management.
- Office supplies
- Kitchen supplies
- Cleaning supplies
- Vending machine supplies
- First aid supplies
- First aid equipment (i.e. AEDs)
- Fire Monitoring Equipment (i.e. extinguishers)
- Gym supplies and equipment
- Merchandise
- Basketballs
- Lockers
- Office printers
- Ipads
- POS System
- Gym Floors, Temperature/Humidity, Nets, Score Clocks, etc.
- Close and secure the building every evening
- ** Other**:

- Support the director, owners, and full-time management team on one-time and ongoing projects and tasks as necessary.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required**:

- Background Check
- First Aid/CPR
- References
- Similar customer service and/or facility management experience
