**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support a team of evening caretakers across multiple sites.
- Coordinate daily cleaning schedules and adjust staffing as needed to meet operational demands.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to cleaning protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to custodial staff.
- Address performance issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Respond to service calls, emergencies, and client requests during the shift.
- Ensure safe use of cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Complete daily reports and communicate with day shift supervisors for continuity.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in custodial operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and handle emergencies with sound judgment.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (if required by site coverage).
- Experience in unionized environments is an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Evening shift, Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Work involves physical activity including walking and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Indoor and outdoor tasks depending on facility needs.

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
