**About the Role**:
As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

**What**You’ll** Do**:

- Ensures effective operation and maintenance of critical system support infrastructure, equipment and building systems by utilizing effective and efficient planning and scheduling, ensuring work is completed to applicable regulations and standards.
- Supervises, manages and documents the development of work audits, and work order reviews.
- Accountable for the area’s operational planning as well as resources allocation and utilization.
- Participates in the development of the designated facilities operating budget, makes recommendations as appropriate and maintains responsibility for assigned budgets; provides input into the development of short and long-term plans for the facilities infrastructure, acquisition of capital equipment and supplies, and for the expansion of services.
- Monitors the system development and staff utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) including preventative maintenance schedules and plans; reviews and adjusts schedules as necessary according to building system maintenance requirements, budget constraints, and available resources; ensures each scheduled review is consistent with good engineering and safety practices.
- Develops MOP’s, SOP’s and other site documentation.
- Monitors the daily work activity of personnel within the assigned area to ensure safety procedures set by the department and regulatory codes are fully complied with and that work is progressing according to plan.
- Is available for 24/7 on-call emergencies.
- Performs preventative and demand maintenance as required.
- Provides input into the recommendation of contract awards.
- Participates in training programs.
- Participates in meetings such as departmental, health and safety, and project planning as applicable.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends and technological advancements in the field, including up to date knowledge of applicable bylaws, codes regulations and standards.
- Other duties as assigned.

**What**You’ll** Need**:

- Trades Qualification as a journeyman in a relevant trade or Engineering Technology certificate;
- 5 - 7 years recent, related experience.
- Minimum 2 years direct supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Advanced level computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), AutoCAD, and maintenance management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to excel in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks accordingly.
