The Facilities Supervisor role is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Facilities and Clubhouse teams to ensure the timely completion and execution of activities to support Club operations and projects. This role will lead the Club work order system and provide day-to-day direction to staff on priorities and assigned duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Regularly tours and inspects all areas of the Club to ensure that cleanliness, sanitation, general order, maintenance and safety standards are being met.
- Oversees staff activities daily to ensure quality standards are maintained in all areas of Facilities Maintenance and Clubhouse operations
- Provides day-to-day direction to Facilities Maintenance and Clubhouse staff through the assignment of daily task lists and priority setting and follow-up to ensure timely completion of all activities.
- On a weekly basis, schedules staff according to business needs and ensures timely reconciliation of hours worked for payroll purposes.
- Maintains vendor contacts to supply products and services to the Club operations as needed, including WSIB and insurance certificates.
- Assists to identify Club needs and potential improvement opportunities for technology use, efficient work practices, operational standards and training.
- Hires, onboards and ensure thorough training for full-time, part-time and seasonal staff.
- Assists members and guests of the Club in a helpful, efficient and enthusiastic manner.

**Skills/Qualifications**
- At least 5 years of facilities maintenance experience. Exposure to recreational facilities, maintenance/operations and turfgrass maintenance are an asset.
- Completion of Turf Management & IPM Designation an asset completion of trade school or professional designation, CPO Designation, / Pesticide Exterminator license an asset; Standard First Aid and CPR/AED certification required;
- Knowledge of operational budgets is an asset.
- Demonstrated strong communication and customer service skills to lead, motivate and recognize staff on a consistent basis.
- Multi-tasking to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
