**TASKS DESCRIPTION**

You will have as main responsibilities:
**Provide administrative support for advisors within the team.**

Manage incoming calls: respond to customers / suppliers and / or redirect to advisors.

Prepare the necessary documents for client meetings (fill out forms, make calculations, verify information with Head Office,...).

Open accounts, execute financial orders, annotate the CRM system.

**Follow-up** on files to properly respond to clients and take care of administrative details to relieve advisors.

Assist with customer retention and business development.

Provide support to the special events coordinator and the entire team.

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**

Energetic and enthusiastic.

Ability to serve the customer.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent level of spoken and written bilingualism (French and English).

Ability to manage deadlines.

Initiative and sense of responsibility & organization.

Attention to detail and good management of priorities.

Ability to work well with a minimum of supervision.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet/social media).

Knowledge of Salesforce, ActionPro and databases is an asset

Flexibility and openness to new ideas, changing priorities, etc...

Autonomy and speed of execution.

Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
