Oakdale Drywall is a family-owned and operated company specializing in interior and exterior construction. We are looking for a part-time administrative assistant with a professional and positive attitude to help meet daily administrative demands.

**General skills/Requirements**:

- Strong people skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word, in particular) is required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- High level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Minimum college degree
- Minimum 2 years work experience in an office setting.

**Admin responsibilities include**:

- Answering phones/Greeting clients
- Organizing and maintaining records
- Meeting administration demands
- Data entry
- Any other tasks that may be assigned to you.

**Payroll Support**:

- Assist with weekly payroll processing for ~150 employees.
- Verify timesheets, hours worked, and deductions and garnishments
- enter data into software with accuracy.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files
- communicate with trade unions as needed.
- organise and sort paycheques for distribution.

Part-time shift: Monday to Friday between 10am-3pm.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
