What You’ll Do
- Create intentional, engaging, and nurturing classroom experiences for students ages 3-5.
- Implement a blended pedagogical approach that honours Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Blüm’s proprietary framework.
- Guide students with dignity, respect, and presence—supporting emotional regulation and independence.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, campus leadership, and families to ensure consistency and quality in every aspect of the learning journey.
- Maintain licensing compliance, health and safety standards, and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence.

Who You Are
- A passionate educator with a **Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification** (or in progress).
- Experienced in leading a classroom with confidence, empathy, and professionalism.
- Inspired by Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles and eager to contribute to Blüm’s unique pedagogical blend.
- Organized, dependable, and committed to intentional routines, thoughtful communication, and student dignity.

Pay: $17.50-$19.75 per hour
