**Primary Educator (Level 2 or Level 3)**

Our Educators play an essential role in shaping this environment with intention, care, and respect.

We are currently seeking a **Primary Educator (Level 2 or Level 3)** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values reflective practice, meaningful collaboration, and a strong commitment to nurturing each student’s holistic development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain a calm, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment aligned with Montessori and Reggio Emilia principles.
- Plan and implement thoughtful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, independence, and a love for discovery.
- Observe and document each student’s development through daily reflections and learning stories.
- Collaborate closely with co-educators to ensure a consistent, intentional, and enriching classroom rhythm.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with families to build strong, trusting partnerships.
- Model mindfulness, grace, and respect in all interactions, contributing to the Academy’s warm and collaborative culture.

**Qualifications**
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a licensed early learning setting.
- Knowledge or experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia approaches (an asset).
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- A professional, reflective, and team-oriented approach to teaching and learning.

Pay: $17.50-$19.60 per hour
