**Responsibilities**:

- Create relationships with guests over the phone and virtually
- Quickly respond to all Guest inquiries
- Book appointments for customers with various departments and connect them with product specialists
- Offer specials and promotions based on marketing initiatives
- Execute outbound call campaigns

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Growth focused mindset
- Superior customer handing capabilities: ability to listen intently, empathize and exercise patience while identifying customer needs and delivering outcomes.
- Previous dealership experience is an asset but not necessary
- Detail oriented and results focused personality
