**Responsibilities**:

- Create meaningful connections with guests over the phone and virtually
- Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries
- Book customer appointments with various departments and connect them with product specialists
- Promote specials and campaigns based on current marketing initiatives
- Execute outbound call campaigns with a customer-first approach

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- A growth-focused, proactive mindset
- Strong customer service skills - the ability to listen, empathize, and provide thoughtful solutions
- High attention to detail and a results-driven attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Passion, energy, and professionalism
- Previous dealership experience is an asset, but not required
