**Primary Responsibilities Include**:

- Emitting a fun, professional, and welcoming energy while interacting with our guests.
- Taking reservations in a timely manner and in accordance with our brand standards - the most important part of this role, and a great way to flex your communication skills.
- Signing for most deliveries that arrive at the Front Desk is a crucial but not particularly exciting aspect of the job. However, it is essential for the smooth operation of our hotel.
- Responding and following up on guest complaints or concerns and rectifying them when they arise.
- Completing general filing and some administrative work. We know that it may sound boring, but it will be a nice change of pace after going through lots of check-ins or check-outs.
