**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service.
- Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving alcohol responsibly.
- Handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally, providing help as needed.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is mandatory.
- Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
