We currently seek a highly motivated Front Office Supervisor to join our dynamic and award winning team._**

The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager and the Assistant Front Office Managers. Their assistance includes leading and supervising all sections of the Front Office Department in order to ensure the highest standards. A Front Office Supervisor monitors the Front Office employees to make sure all guests receive prompt and personal recognition. They take care of the front desk operation including guest registration, room assignment and check-out procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Trains, cross-trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
- Supervises workload during shifts.
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Updates group information. Maintains, monitors, and prepares group requirements. Relays information to appropriate personnel.
- Receives information from the previous shift and passes on pertinent details to the oncoming shift.
- Wears the proper uniform at all times. Requires all front office team members to wear proper uniforms at all times.
- Upholds the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
- Ensure implementation of all hotel policies and house rules.
- Operate all aspects of Front Office computer systems, including software maintenance, report generation and analysis
- Ensure that team members are, at all times, attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and other employees.
- Monitor all V.I.P 's special guests and requests.
- Review Front office log book and Guest feedback forms on a daily basis.
- Perform duties of the Front Desk Agent as required.

**Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Excellent communication skills in all aspects;
- Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation;
- 1+ years experience in a comparable position in a luxury hotel operation;
- Excellent knowledge of most aspects of Front Office Division Operations;
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills;
- The flexibility to meet the demands of a 24 hour operation;
- The capacity to create and execute innovative strategies that will drive the hotel to exceed guest satisfaction and revenue.

**Work Conditions and Physical Requirements**
- Work schedule varies and includes working on holidays and weekends
- Fast paced environment - must be able to work under pressure and be able to multitask.
- Physically fit, ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Standing, sitting, computer use, telephone use, lifting, carrying, walking**_
