We are currently seeking a Front of House Team Member to join our Cambridge location We're looking for a positive, polite, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure an exceptional dining experience through excellent service
  • Handle cash and balance daily sales accurately
  • Assist with take-out and phone orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams
  • Assist with catering coordination as needed
  • Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant or customer service experience (an asset)
  • Smart Serve Certified (required)
  • Presentable, professional, and polite at all times
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable, responsible, and flexible with scheduling
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Own transportation and valid G license are an asset
