We’re looking for a Sales & Design Associate at our Coaldale location who shares our passion for quality and customer experience. In this role, you’ll guide clients through the process of designing and purchasing custom cabinetry — from the first consultation to the final design details.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and style.
- Create detailed cabinet designs and layouts using design software.
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals with strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with drafters on a day-to-day basis.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain showroom displays and assist with sales inquiries.
**Position Qualifications**
**Experience and Technical Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales; self-driven with a focus on outstanding customer service.
- Excellent computer skills and adaptability to new software programs.
- Strong technical knowledge of residential design and construction, with the ability to translate it into detailed drawings.
**Skills and Knowledge**
- Highly detailed individual with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and workflows to meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor in all customer and vendor interactions.
- Extraordinary attention to detail
