A busy real estate office in Cornwall is seeking an **Office Administrator / Real Estate Office Assistant** to provide administrative, bookkeeping, and marketing support to a team of real estate professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Accounting and bookkeeping functions (accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll, remittances and monthly reports).
- Assist management and sales representatives with documentation, contracts, and onboarding of new agents.
- Maintain and update the office website, social media pages, and online listings.
- Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, meeting notices, and training updates.
- Contribute to a positive, professional office environment that reflects the company’s values.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Proven experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or bookkeeping role (real estate experience an asset).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experienced in QuickBooks and real estate CRM experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable attitude.
