The EOHU is responsible for the delivery of local public health programs and services, carried out in collaboration with other organizations in the health system and in partnership with municipal governments and community partners. We serve a population of approximately 200,000 people in the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry, Prescott-Russell and the City of Cornwall, covering a total territory of over 5000 square kilometers. Our main offices are located in Cornwall and Casselman, with four additional satellite offices in Winchester, Alexandria, Hawkesbury and Rockland.
**DESCRIPTION OF JOB**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- A minimum of two years post secondary education in administrative and secretarial duties.
- A minimum of five years secretarial or administrative assistant experience at a high level of responsibility.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) including typing skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence and the use of an automobile.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,275.20-$85,976.80 per year
