Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assist with deal paperwork including offer writing, paperwork compliance, and sending of all necessary paperwork from/to the appropriate parties.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication with clients, realtors, and real estate lawyers as required.
- Monitor transaction requirements and ensure completion before the closing date.
- Book and confirm appointments with great customer service.
- Assist realtors with schedule planning or other tasks as required.
- List deals on the appropriate boards.

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in MS Office
- Administrative experience
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent required

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
