We are a private high school located in North York, Ontario, offering educational services to students from Grade 9 to Grade 12. Our goal is to provide high-quality education services. Improving the academic skills of our students is essential, in order to prepare all our students for higher levels of education.

We are currently looking for a passionate with rich experience in administrative assistance.

**Job Duties**
- Scheduling course timetables and class hours;
- Answering and directing phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assisting in recruiting new teachers;
- Assisting in preparing student progress reports and assessment reports;
- Providing guidance to students;
- Communicating with students and parents;
- Organizing events to promote the courses and services to students.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of Ontario educational system and high school curriculum;
- Experience of working in educational service organizations such as learning centers or private high schools is an asset;
- Excellent organization and time management skills;
- Must work to deadlines and respond effectively;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
