**About us**

Urban International School (UIS) is a private high school in Toronto inspected by the Ontario Ministry of Education in Ontario, Canada. Over the last decade, we have offered specialized academic courses that are designed for students who wish to pursue higher education in Canada and around the world. Based on the program students wish to pursue in post-secondary school, UIS prepares a customized study plan that underlies one of our four streams: Engineering, Science/Math, Business, Arts or College. Most of our graduates are accepted in prestigious universities such as the University of Toronto, University of British Columbia, McGill University, among many other Canadian and international universities.

UIS has a friendly and dedicated team of Ontario-certified teachers who teach courses from Grade 7 to Grade 12 to a diverse student body that includes students from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

**About the Position**

We are currently hiring for a long-term full-time _**School Admission Support**_ who can speak both languages **Korean & English** or **Persian & English** or **Mandarin & English or Vietnamese & English or others. ** This position requires to do Student Admission Tasks such as invoicing, letter of acceptance, study plan, and any other school documentation tasks for students upon each country marketing team’s request. This position is also responsible for supporting with the completion of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Admission & Operation & Academic Team.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work with marketing team to create an effective Admission Department focus on the enrollment process and academic process.
- Supporting for student's registration, admission tasks and any other student services such as homestay, residence, and Summer Camp/CHEP (Canadian High School Experience Program) for students along with each country department.
- Previous knowledge and experience with Canada Student Visa Experience
- Daily Admission tasks such as invoicing, study plan, and document management for students.
- Continue to provide a good academic/school service to the current students through the school communication system.
- Assisting Guidance Department in enrolling students in compliance with school policies and procedures
- Assisting Guidance Department in preparing an orientation/information session on programs to prospective students and organize school events.
- Organizing and creating digital/physical file folders for new/current student such as Ontario Student Record.
- Understand and have a standard level of knowledge on the Ontario Curriculum including OUAC and OCAS System.
- Works collaboratively with staff members and ready to work extra miles no matter what the task is.
- Other duties as assigned by the senior management team.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must Speak _**English **_and any other second languages such as Korean, Persian, Mandarin or Vietnamese fluently
- Strong Digital Literacy in Microsoft 365 such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Previous knowledge and experience with the educational industry as the admission officer or guidance counselor especially in high school.
- A degree in education, languages, marketing or related field
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administration and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
