We’re not your average legal tech startup. Our software is designed by lawyers, for lawyers. We’ve spent the last few years building a solution that customers love. And now, we’re ready to make eState Planner a staple in Canada’s legal community.
We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow our business. You'll be part of our Growth team, which includes marketing, sales, and customer success. Your main responsibility will be establishing and nurturing relationships with potential customers, primarily by engaging with inbound leads. Additionally, you'll have the chance to create and execute new strategies to generate sales leads.
**What you’ll work on**:
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer
- Present our product to prospects (pre-demos)
- Schedule product demos between prospects and our AEs
- Build and implement outbound strategies to generate sales leads
- Report on KPIs weekly
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or similar role
- Possesses robust verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable with cold-calling prospects
- Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
- Demonstrates business acumen and has a knack for solving business-related problems
- Interest in tech industries and SaaS
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
