Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Daily social media posts
- Scheduling deliveries and managing client records
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and customers and answering phone calls
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, organizing documents and account management
- Sales: follow up and lead generation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Occasional delivery to clients using company vehicle
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- 2 Years administrative experience preferred
- 1 Year sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with Office software
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
- Knowledge of phone systems and front desk operations
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
