Sales Administrator and Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service & Reception**
- Welcome customers and answer phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
- Assist customers with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- File and organize documents, restock supplies, and complete licensing paperwork.
- Provide reception coverage on Saturdays and assist during peak times.
- Support the Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) teams with paperwork and documentation.
**Vehicle Stocking & Coordination**
- **New Vehicles**: Stock vehicles in Merlin/Serti, inspect deliveries, update records, and prepare vehicles for sales.
- **Used Vehicles**: Inspect incoming used vehicles, update inventory systems, and ensure readiness for retail.
- Track vehicle status and ensure all documentation is accurate.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Serti knowledge is an asset.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and problem-solving skills.
- Valid G driver’s license.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can adapt to changing priorities.
