Administrative Sales Assistant

**Job description**
Reporting to Sales Manager, Canada, as the Projects/Sales Assistant, your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following.
**You Will**:
- Serve as a business partner providing ongoing project management and sales assistance in complex and confidential assignments.
- Work closely and effectively with multiple internal teams as well as client groups ensuring deadlines are met and clients are served.
- Format, revise and correct the language quality as well as accuracy of documents, such as specifications, plans, reports, proposals, etc. Print, scan and bind documents so that they are ready for final submission.
- Answer, filter and forward customer queries and communication to ensure a timely and accurate response.
- Assist in reviewing invoices for clients prior to approval and billing.
- Manage a complex calendar and arrange all scheduling for travel, meetings, events, and site visits.
- Compose, prepare, and edit customer correspondence and presentations.
- Conduct construction site visit to measure jobs or confirm pervious measurements/conditions (training will be provided).
**Requirements**:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize conflicting needs to meet specified deadlines.
- Problem solving with advanced customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and French (preferred).
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite software.
- Able to travel to job sites within GTA.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
