**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Strategic Sourcing Manager, the Category Specialist is responsible to manage agreements and commercial relationships with vendors related to the indirect spend of the company for his/her categories. In fact, the Specialist must understand the business needs and be able to guide the stakeholders throughout the right strategic approach from Procurement and Sourcing perspective. Once the strategy is identified, the Specialist goes to the market or negotiate directly with vendors for the negotiation and implementation of contracts. Also known as an expert in the Sourcing field, the Specialist must identify business opportunities that will bring continuous improvement and cost saving/avoidance to the different categories. Finally, the Specialist is responsible to deliver the Sourcing project and initiatives by following the company policies and best practices.

**Your role**
- Work closely with different internal requestors and stakeholders to well understand the business indirect goods and services need for the categories;
- Follow the categories contract lifecycle using the company contractual software (ServiceNow) in order to take the right action at right time from new contract, contract renewal or contract termination perspective;
- Using the company’s contract and legal templates and making sure to communicate with legal department when needed;
- Generate and report cost savings and avoidances in the company’s tracking system;
- Prepare, deploy and manage RFX (RFI-RFQ-RFP) with internal requestors and stakeholders;
- Guide and assist requestors and stakeholders in preparation of Statement of Work (SOW) that is attached to the contract;
- Prepare and validate the recommendations, negotiation or market strategies based on the business needs, in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing Manager;
- Present and obtain recommendations approval from the requestors and stakeholders;
- Maintain Category plans updated and present to stakeholders from time to time;
- Promote the Strategic Sourcing function both internally and externally;
- Other tasks related to a Strategic Sourcing function;

**The qualifications that we are looking for**
- University degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Procurement Management or equivalent;
- Five (5) years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing or Category Management;
- High standard internal customer service approach;
- Be able to adapt and well communicate with different level of the company;
- Great skills with MS Office tools (Word, Excel et Powerpoint);
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Team worker;
- Be able to summarize and share the knowledge with colleagues;
- Easily adapt to change management;
- Well organized, service and quality oriented;
- Good interpersonnel skills;
- Autonomous, sens of initiative;
