About the Role

You'll use your coordination and communication skills to engage with prospective participants, guide them through structured discovery and onboarding processes, and ensure a smooth, professional experience—all from a flexible location of your choice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective participants
  • Conduct structured discovery calls and consultative interviews (scripts provided)
  • Guide participants through program information and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and scheduling platforms
  • Coordinate schedules and client profiles to ensure smooth processes
  • Assist with posting content for recruitment and engagement initiatives (training provided)
  • Participate in your own ongoing personal and professional development

Qualifications

  • 10+ years professional experience in HR, recruitment, or talent coordination
  • Confidence in phone/video interviews and screening conversations
  • Strong communication skills, warm and people-focused
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage time independently
  • Interest in personal growth and purpose-driven work
  • Familiarity with digital tools (CRM software, Google Workspace, Zoom)
  • Bonus: experience with social media or content tools (training provided)
